Ventajas
This is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone truly loves what they do and loves ScienceLogic as a whole. You don't always find a CEO who will spend an hour and a half getting to know all new employees every quarter. Dave Link really cares about each and every employee which makes you feel valued and important. Everyone was so welcoming from day one. The people who work here are brilliant, fun, and live outside the box. There's always food around and fun events in which you get to socialize and get to know your fellow coworkers. ScienceLogic does a lot with charities, donations, and other wonderful activities to give back to the community. Employee benefits are incredible, the best I've ever seen. I couldn't have asked for a better place to work!
Desventajas
Because of the small business mentality with such rapid growth, there could be a bit more organization in basic procedures and more standards across the board.
