Ventajas
I just joined the company for several months. Not long enough to know everything, but it has already beyond my original expectations. Before I joined Sciencelogic, I worked in a mid-sized company, with dozen hundreds of people working in the same building. I didn’t got a chance to even see the CEO of the company for the first year, literally, not even being able to speak with any senior management. There’s a big gap between bottom level guys and upper management. After being in Sciencelogic for the first month, I joined all their year-end activities, got a big hug from the CEO, joked with other engineers. I feel I am not just working on a job, but also hang out with a bunch of funny guys. I can see that most people work here really like what they are doing. That make a big difference. I really enjoy my time here.
Desventajas
There are very few dinning options around the company. You have to bring your lunch or drive out to have lunch. 401K match is pretty low compare to other places.
