Ventajas
I had a great experience working at Sansys Informatics for good. This company works on healthcare domain which has a huge potential and has lots of future opportunities. The huge variety of projects and client that I had the opportunity to both lead and contribute to really fast-tracked my learning and helped me to gain so many new skills. My co-workers were kind and knowledgeable and I always looked forward to opportunities to work on larger team projects because I knew whatever we were building would somehow grow to be greater than any thing we could have made on our own. Opportunities for professional development are great. Managment team specially CEO always took an interest in the path I was interested in pursuing. There were never any roadblocks to learning a new skillset because it wasn’t immediately applicable to my specific role. I was interested in learning more developer and data analysis-focused skilled and it was never a problem for me to pursue.
Desventajas
For me, most of the cons were related to my eventual acceptance, you need to be open here and discuss your problem with your manager and they will help you and you should understand them.
