Ventajas
The staff doing the work are really great, responsive, and passionate.
Desventajas
- I work at Rutgers University Foundation and decisions are made without data and without asking the subject matter experts who are doing the work. - Development officers and prospect managers are prioritized and valued but infrastructure teams are grossly overworked and underpaid. - At least one ELT member at the foundation is verbally abusive to junior staff but there is a strong fear of retaliation so no one is comfortable speaking up about the negative environment. - New leadership has not taken the time to get to know infrastructure departments and teams - Staff at all levels are in constant fear of job security, which makes it hard to provide constructive feedback without intense fear of retaliation. - Staff turnover is the worse I have ever seen. At least one person leaves per week. - Annual goals are used to punish people who don't meet them but not reward people who do well.
