Ventajas

Some nice coworkers and staff.

Desventajas

The university president talks about Diversity, Inclusion and Equity but that doesn't seem to extend to everyone since there is NO SALARY EQUITY. The salaries are public. The president and his cabinet make 1M and 700K or over but managers with many years of service, who are forced to work 60-70 hours/week, are making $90K and looking at a maximum 2% raise/year. Compensation is very poor relative to the amount of work that is required. Not good for career because there is no exposure to the most current software. There is also very limited advancement opportunities but when they do happen, the university has it set up that the maximum salary increase you can receive is 15%. Health benefits, which used to be affordable, are now very expensive and are no longer an enticement to work there.
