Recently bought by Siemens so there's no longer the family business feel. Before there was a direct relationship between individual efforts and the bottom line. That is you might put in an extra effort and see the result with a major design win which would result in greater profit for the company. Now this is disconnected as the Siemens process blocks this visibility. There used to also be a lot of flexibility but Siemens processes are very ridged and don't necessarily mesh with the old adaptable dynamic culture. I'm not saying Siemens is a bad thing; just different. Siemens brings more discipline along with its processes. Its up to the individual about what environment they prefer.
