Ventajas
As an employee, I have mixed feelings about my experience so far. On one hand, the company culture is positive and supportive, and my colleagues are great to work with. However, there are less perk maybe because I join a new team. Overall, I am content with my job, but there is room for growth and improvement within the company.
Desventajas
RoviSys has been a less than desirable place to work due to the lack of benefits and perks offered to employees. The work-life balance can be challenging, and the workload can be demanding. There is room for growth or advancement within the company.
