The company has been around for over 95 years and is very well positioned in the market. The company has seen quick growth with employees, clients, and development. The 401k match is 50% up to the federal maximum (currently $18,500) and vested at 20% per year.

Rouse is constantly adding new clients and growing very fast. It is exciting being in a growing environment, but there is definitely no shortage of work. The management team likes employees to work from the office, but also is understanding if you need to work remotely from time to time. It usually takes a long time (3 months +) to get up to speed with what is required and how the system works.
