Ventajas
Philosophy driven company, set out to make life better for the people we serve! Great work/life balance with a 9/80 Flex Schedule, additional days off around holidays and the ability to leave early on the Fridays before holiday weekends. Leadership does a good job of listening to coworker concerns and trying to implement effective solutions, quickly. There's a big emphasis on community outreach and volunteering. Lastly there's a "work hard/play hard" mentality that is mature and with process.
Desventajas
The company is headquartered in Orange County, CA and has only had organic growth throughout the 23+ years of existence. Because of this a lot of the corporate resources for field employees are stretched then (i.e. HR, Payroll, Marketing and Legal.)
