Ventajas

I joined Rosterfy about a year ago. I’ve learnt a lot from the leadership team. I particularly enjoy working with some great customers who enjoy the product I enjoy working with the entire team, nice people and some very talented software engineers.

Desventajas

The business is growing, and quickly. Sometimes things aren’t perfect, but that’s part of growing I suppose.

Inclusive and calm environment, with oodles of support across the globe. UK General Manager is an excellent leader.

- Amazing co founders who really care - great collaborative culture throughout the business - The best customers who run amazing volunteer programmes - powerful product which can make a huge difference & has a compelling ROI - plenty of opportunities to give back through volunteering

Desventajas

- regional timezones can sometimes delay decision making - no other cons, all round terrific company to work for
