Ventajas
The culture at Rooftop Power is that people matter more than money. Customers, employees, business partners are first, money is a by product of people being more important. The opportunity for growth/promotion is unlimited, if you want to earn more or be promoted you can if you put in the effort. The income far exceeds what I was expecting before I worked here. Everyone that works here genuinely want to help their coworkers. The owners of the company will do anything that they can to help employees. Being on the sales team we are provided a lot of freedom but they also have high expectations that you perform at a high level, I think that is a good thing and the results of that are people are constantly getting better and earning more. The company also has a very good reputation it is really nice to work for a company that is considered a great company.
Desventajas
The job is difficult, it is not for people that lack mental toughness. There are a lot of changes, it is part of the industry you need to be highly adaptable.
