Ventajas

I've been at Rokt for a few years now and have seen it change quite a bit over that time as the company is growing at a rapid pace. The best thing about working here is being able to be a part of that change. The experience you'll get here is unlike anywhere else because you'll be thrown into new challenges and directions (a lot), all of which will only help you to learn and grow faster. Rokt can be a tough place to work, that is true because the work we're doing and what we're solving is not easy and we don't always have the answers, but it is absolutely rewarding. Working with customers and solving problems for them that no other company can is really exciting. The people here are also some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. Every level of employee here has something to add and surrounding yourself with smart people will again challenge you, but also improve how you approach and solve problems. If you are looking for a job that can stretch you to reach your full potential, this is a place for you. You can truly expedite your career here if you lean into learning new things and enjoy the ride.

Desventajas

It can be tough to work here if change is not for you. We shift directions quickly sometimes, but it is always in an effort to get to a better answer or solution faster. Sometimes the pace can be hard to keep up with, however if you can embrace it rather than work against it, you'll see that it is what keeps our company growing at the rate that we are.

Ventajas

The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

Desventajas

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
