Ventajas
I've had the pleasure of working at Rocscience for 5 years as a project manager and full-stack developer, and I can confidently say it has been a truly rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment in which I had the opportunity to work with many talented individuals and grow my skills. Rocscience is at the forefront of innovation in our industry. The projects we work on are cutting-edge and have a real impact on our clients and the broader community. Desventajas
The same struggles exist probably in any job, but I do find that it can be challenging juggling wearing many hats and competing priorities, especially as I've grown more senior in my role. However, the challenge is worth it, as it allows me to gain experience and contribute to many aspects of the company.
