Ventajas

Holiday Pay Friendly coworkers, Doctors are friendly

Desventajas

VERY short staffed. Patient ratio of 7:1, with some very acutely ill patients. Shortage of Patient care techs as well. Pay is not great. Benefits are not competitive. I have been through 3 managers in the past year and 1/2 of working here. The turnover is awful. Staff burn out quickly and management does not seem to take notice. Low staff morale.

Ventajas

Fast paced environment that builds strong multitasking, communication, and problem solving skills. Opportunity to work closely with law enforcement and gain real world experience in high pressure situations. Some coworkers are highly dedicated and supportive, creating a strong team dynamic despite leadership challenges.

Desventajas

Leadership lacks accountability and consistency, with serious concerns being ignored or handled poorly. Favoritism and lack of consequences for misconduct create a toxic work environment. Staffing issues lead to burnout and unrealistic expectations. Communication from management is often unclear or nonexistent, and employee concerns are not taken seriously.
