Ventajas

Great people in the department that are very helpful. Will learn loads of stuff. Benefits seem pretty good in general with a great 401k plan. Keeps you on your toes with challenges so it doesn't feel like you're doing the same thing over and over.

Desventajas

Tied to the phone, call center job taking customer calls all day. Must learn a wide spread of knowledge but aren't compensated for how much expertise you need to do the job effectively. Lackluster training, lacking in quantity and quality. Sparse PTO.

Ventajas

Great company with great people. They will make you a very well rounded NE if you are willing to put in the time and effort. Still has a small company/neighborly feel.

Desventajas

None. Work was challenging but rewarding.

Low pay for the amount of work done Really have to stay on top of things in the beginning. It can be easily overwhelming at the start
