Ventajas

Decent co workers. Been in business for a while

Desventajas

The building is small and old. There are rats in this place beware! Scheduling is terrible. They are always understaffed due to a high turn over rate, due to non existent training. Yet they expect you to know how to do everything without any training at all! I registered for school and asked them to work around my schedule. They said they could not! You HAVE to work a weekend, unless you are a favorite.

Freedom to work "in house" or remote. Ability to work with or without supervision. Paid overtime and holidays. Access to review hours worked past and present.

Desventajas

Poor work-life balance. Mandatory overtime. Short to no notice of schedule changes. No base pay raises offered. No room for advancement in company. Pettiness of management and owner. Very high turn over rate. Consistently understaffed. Consistently contradictory requests from management/owner. Lack of training. Little to no communication.
