Ventajas

My team, My team, My Team-There's truly nothing else. Big whoopy a 20% discount! customers get that. High insurance deductibles sucks

Desventajas

Running a store with 1 manager and 1 cashier at a time. Workload hours reflects 350hrs, however they only give 189hr of earned hours weekly. Store manager is left to make up the hours working 60-70hrs weekly. With seasonal conversion, planograms, profit planner, ad remove, ad hang, freshness, price changes, recalls, weekly freight, daily facing, DSD vendors, checklists, ad ordering, pull report, bills, supply order, merch hard ordering, door seals, fire ext checks, hazmat checks, D&O'S, training, mentoring, take 10's, milk orders, cig orders, customer service, flu shot announcement, GET program, plenti program, dealing with dishonest customers, weekly magazines, constant organizing stockroom, restrooms, pharmacy issues, CBT'S, sams, 2.3.4th location fill with merch, the list can keep going on and on. District managers are not empathetic and are stingy with praise. Labor is constantly an issue for all stores. VERY VERY HIGH STRESS AND NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE. Stress is so bad you may see yourself in the hospital.
