Ventajas
There are many locations, and it's easy to work at multiple stores if help is needed. It's an indoor job, so you don't have to worry about the weather. 20% discount for employees; also, special Employee Appreciation Days that bump the discount up to 30%. If you're a peon in the pharmacy, they provide free pharmacy tech training.
Desventajas
The employee discount is meager compared to other companies and is not compounded with sale/clearance prices. They rarely ever allow the pharmacy managers to hire enough techs/cashiers. The pay is not enough for the amount of work we're expected to perform. Despite the previous statement, corporate will do everything they can to make sure employees don't go over 40 hours a week so they don't have to pay overtime.
