Ventajas

Lots of experience to draw from, different locations support each other well, reasonable amount of autonomy in each location considering how huge the company is. Pay as a Customer Service Manager was good when overtime is considered, but you have to work very very hard for it. The headquarters management teams were supportive.

Desventajas

Your experience depends highly on the team at your location. If you like them, great. If you don't, you are in for trouble. Some groups can be very clique-y, while others are very positive and supportive. The auction days are exciting but toooo long (upto 18 hour days). Growth within the company is pretty limited, depending on your skills.

Support is abundant throughout the company, making my role easier to take on any daily tasks.

Ventajas

The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

Desventajas

Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
