Desventajas
Career progression - in comparison to a few years ago, it has become very difficult to progress in the organization. Progression is in most cases based on tenure rather than competence (this goes not just for progression but across all areas). Poor management - a large disconnect between senior management and mid-level management, many mid-level managers are not suited to manage people and show no interest in the employees' career progression. Lack of interesting work - after an initial learning period the work offers few challenges, work is often slow outside a few intense periods. The company prides themselves with hiring highly educated people although many of those leave after a few years when they realise there is no future in RMS. Countless number of people who do the absolute minimum required and are just happy to have an easy job and lift a decent salary. Communication between the different groups/departments is poor. The starting salary is good but the pay rises are low.
