Let's look at the facts: - Look at reviews voted most helpful at glassdoor. They were voted by RMS employees. Read them. Ignore the spam. - The company unsuccessfully for many years had been trying to release the flagship product. - The top performers at the company left. Compare by using LinkedIn former employees resume to current employees. Those who found good positions left. - Pick a random engineer with 2+ years, meet in private, and ask him to look at you while asking how the company is doing. Say you have a family to support and you want to know the truth. Ask him if he applied to jobs in the last one year. - Look for consultants and former consultants. Search the internet if you are not sure what it means... - Ask about the layoffs. Ask about historical stock price. Ask about the bonus. Save yourself the tragedy and find something better to do with your life.
