Awesome culture and fun team. On average people are very passionate about the work they do and the management team is really open to feedback and implementing ideas regardless of where they come from. Decisions are made fast and with the minimum amount of bureaucracy.
Desventajas
It's definitely a startup culture, so you need to be okay with a certain level of ambiguity and change. If you're someone that relies on a strict routine this could be challenging for you.
