      You have to work hard, be relentless, entrepreneurial, invest a lot of time and effort into the business and above all, expect a higher standard of living and strive towards that goal every single day.Having to prospect and find your own clients is difficult for some.

      Ventajas

      Great Team, No ceiling for pay , great support and leadership. My friends and family have written policies through Rillhurst employees and have had nothing but positive experiences . Agents are accessible and knowledgable and gave the best advice.

      Desventajas

      Agents have commission based pay. You have to work hard to be successful in the business.
