Ventajas

Can’t think of a single one.

Desventajas

Rude/mentally abusive staff No fixing problems in a timely manner (new hire medical benefits that expire werent available to me ) Terrible training They say you don’t have to wear a mask when you start, but once you get to training you do….? The HR lady does the TB test? Doubt she’s certified for that Micromanaging Not a good learning environment No PTO or sick time for 3 months was told “if you get covid, don’t get covid” in orientation Rules/protocols that apply to one office don’t apply to the others No consistency One person will train you on something and someone else comes along saying it’s all wrong very rudely this happened more than twice

Live working with my kiddos!

Nothing… I love it. I couldn’t imagine doing anything different.

Ventajas

Love the mission and providing for the community. Many are very kind and are working for the same community patient care

Desventajas

For the most part all is good. Some management strategies need to be addressed. They seem to be working on this.
