There are a few good members of staff which make the place

Desventajas

After many changes throughout the business it takes promising steps forward, quickly followed by multiple steps back. The salary for older staff was poor in comparison to the new engineers. No progression, career path or training Little to no team work with staff only looking after themselves. Forgetting that the customer is key in the business.

Ventajas

None the whole company needs to have a look at their structure they have a helpdesk which none of them knows what they are doing including their manager wasteful people, the finance team are always slow at paying back expenses. Well what can i say about the CEO all he cares about is making profits rather than looking out for his staff and giving benefits. hardly gets any christmas parties.

Desventajas

the ceo doesn't know what he is doing and so does all the directors of the company. no benefits, no progression or promotions WORST COMPANY EVER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.
