      You will learn each day new things in this company and good for freshers to start their career. Love to work and friendly staff supports you through your learning process. They will provide you training for 3 m months.

      Desventajas

      No cons are there, the best place to start your career. You must be an active and well-skilled person. No more negatives on this company.

      Ventajas

      Too many things to explore in the India Electronics startup. New challenges upcoming everyday and a lot of new things to learn. Though there is a bit of stress a very well maintained management system was always there to support and carry forward. Working with Ridaex doesn't feel like a job but it's more of responsibility.

      Desventajas

      No cons as of now.

      Ventajas

      Lot of great things to learn from scratch, Work environment is so comfortable and peaceful , Interview i had was about two levels that are aptitude and technical which was all about basics that i learnt in my collage days. For a fresher Ridaex is the best place to learn things and work comfortably.

      Desventajas

      I haven't found any till today.
