None it's genuinely a rubbish place to work

Desventajas

They find every way possible to take money off you! They have made it almost impossible to hit your targets so you don't earn lots I'm commission used to be one of the best places to work now by far the worst

Ventajas

Great working environment with free hot drinks, board games and books available for quiet times during shifts. Plenty of coaching and support available during training and beyond. Great people, lots of young and older professionals. .

Desventajas

Heavy adherence to FCA compliance required, and script based work, but there is room to develop your own selling style. Lots of opportunity to earn good commission for top sellers, but basic pay is disappointingly low, although there are annual pay reviews and increases after probation.
