Goede sfeer op de werkvloer, genoeg uitdaging.

Desventajas

Er wordt verwacht zeer flexibel te zijn zonder er iets voor terug te krijgen. Er wordt niks gedaan met overuren. Zelf de uren terug nemen wordt niet geappreciëerd. Geen lijn in organisatie, afdelingen werken niet samen maar tegen elkaar.
