Ventajas

I was with the company over 6 years, I started in a small local office, I loved it back then, my supervisors and co workers were pleasant, we kept work fun and really worked great as a close knit grouo..

Desventajas

Then, when the company merged, I was forced into a role i didn't ask for, they broke all of the local employees into different roles, we no longer felt important or heard, we were basically just meat to fill a seat at that point, the company grew too big too soon. And its basically chaos now, all they care about is metrics and call volume. Everyone is remote so the whole atmosphere is robotic and cold. They switch supervisors like its going outta style, I had 8 different supervisors in the 6 years i was there, the departments dont work with one another. And people live to tattle on one another. The whole work culture has turned toxic, and dont even think of trying to take time off, once you run out of the meeger pto that they give you, you then get docked "points " once you get two many points, they fire you...and the pay is a joke, I started at 15.00 and only went up too 19.60 after 6 years,

Ventajas

I was fortunate to work with some extremely talented local managers and some very talented technicians that cared for their customers.

Desventajas

Senior leadership has no clear long-term strategy. Priorities change weekly, leading to "sprint" burnouts on projects that are ultimately scraped. Executive team is out if touch with market realities and the day to day challenges of staff. High employee turnover, leading to treading water without reaching any measurable goals. Upper management constantly overrules experienced local management. They balk at day to day practices but attempt to exert strict control over any decisions. There is zero trust in the teams capabilities, fostering a culture of second guessing and micromanagment. The Executive team plays favorites, and toxic behavior among senior staff is swept under the rug. Instead of fostering team cohesion, managers take credit for their subordinates hard work, and there is rampant interdepartmental sabotage.
