      I have been with Rentokil Singapore for 15 years, and it has been a rewarding and stable journey throughout. Over the years, I’ve experienced strong teamwork, structured training, and clear processes that help you perform your job effectively. Management is generally approachable and focused on maintaining service quality while also valuing employee contributions LIke any company, there are challenges, but they also push you to improve and adapt

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
