Ventajas

Seems like a good environment, but only if your only requirements are snacks and coffee

Desventajas

Unrealistic expectations and using employees as scapegoats for poor business practices. Mel, the CEO does not have realistic expectations for employees. She constantly belittles those and shows favoritism towards a small handful of staff members. Everyone else is on the chopping block when the company is doing poorly overall. She will blame her incompetence and lack of success on those she doesn’t like, and take it out on them. Unless you really want to kiss her feet constantly, stay away from here.
