      Ventajas

      Get to meet people and interact with customers, most of them are very nice, hard working people.

      Desventajas

      Upper management, they have become to unfamiliar with their employees, they no longer care about them, just the bottom line, the occasional PR picture or story about giving someone something just doesn't cut it.
