The overall joining experience in Reltio has been good right from the interview process to onboarding. These are my initial impressions and experience after a week at Reltio. Let's look at the deciding factors that made me accept the offer: Pay: Good People: HR is prompt in their communication and provided a smooth interview and onboarding process. Product Team: People I have met are so far are helpful and friendly. Initial impression is positive. My team (Doc): Talented, vibrant and friendly people. Glad to be part of the team. Culture: It's an open work culture and informal. There is momentum to everything you do. Not sure whether this is good or bad. Too early to comment on this. Flexible work hours: Expected to work from office 2 days a week. Days are based on the team that you are in. This is pretty good. Work life balance: Too early to comment as I have been here only for a week now. As of today, I have work life balance and I am happy.
