Leadership is so focused on pleasing Vista Equity Partners. As a result, they have a myopic view and focus on selling SaaS products that are falling apart. They are just praying that a big bank buys them without thorough due diligence. Since RDC is owned by Vista (a private equity firm), compensation is below market. The leadership team, however, is relatively well compensated. Thus, you feel very demotivated and refrain from taking initiative. Innovative and creative ideas are rarely seen because of this. If a customer has an issue no one will go out of their way to address it unless they have to. Not a good sign. I've seen leadership weaken their people by stealing ideas and presenting them as their own to Vista Equity Partners. Since leadership is focused on pleasing Vista Equity Partners, they will do anything (including subverting their own staff) to make themselves look better. I've had my idea co-opted by one of the executives. After that, I lost motivation.
