Ventajas
A dynamic and hugely talented team with a technology led business dealing with some of the biggest brands in the world. Reevoo has achieved a phenomenal turnaround in the last 2 years. When I joined it was a common story of a high potential startup that wanted all the attributes of a successful tech unicorn (scooters to get from one end of the office to the other, nerf guns, days out at Goodwood, and people wandering around wearing velvet capes and golden crowns).Unfortunately it had none of the essentials (profit, any sign of a profit, happy customers, scaleable tech architecture, some kind of a focus or vision). In the last two years the new management team has totally changed this around - culminating in the first two years of profit, a new future looking strategy based on investment in product and technology, a professional attitude to business essentials, and a truly fun place to work.
Desventajas
It's a small company in a rough market at the moment. If you are expecting Google levels of benefits walk on by (and head to Google!).
