Working at this company has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. Leadership is disorganized and lacks any coherent strategy. Vacation bonuses have been eliminated, and holiday bonuses amount to a token $100. The HR function is ineffective and disengaged. Any attempt to raise concerns is dismissed with the tired excuse of, “That’s startup life.” In truth, it’s just poor management. Promotions are often tied to working excessive overtime and weekends, yet they come without formal recognition. Many are symbolic, delivered via Slack messages or internal documentation, with no public acknowledgment or compensation. The CEO thinks collaborators are simply there to be "used and then fired." The turnover rate reflects this mindset. Morale is extremely low, and the atmosphere is tense and unsupportive.
