Ventajas
The vision of the CEO is one of the best I've seen. The senior leadership team is humble and willing to operate on the ground to get to the bottom of matters. If you like to grow your skills and experience within a more empowered, collaborative and agile working environment, this is the place.
Desventajas
There are a couple of senior managers in the IT department who are self-serving will ignore the bigger problems in order to not to rock the boat for short-term benefits. They sometimes go as long as rewarding misogynistic and disrespectful behaviour of some Tech-Leads or (who are among other middle-level managers). This destroys the larger team harmony creating a poisonous working environment for some team member, which is a shame given how great the company culture at the top level.
