      Casual atmosphere, non-corporate structure, pleasant Greenwich Village office location, with a fair and primarily hands-off management style. Excellent opportunities to learn the music business from the ground up, including Publishing, Marketing, Licensing and A&R. Perfect place for the young professional passionate about working in the music business.

      Desventajas

      Limited growth opportunity with relatively modest salaries.

      The people were friendly and easy going. The workload was manageable and I learned a lot about both the publishing and recording sides of the music business.

      Hands on access to small acts - good start to understand the music biz (lots of labor)

      Heads of company will smile at you as they stab you in the back. lots of treacherous and underpaid employees here.
