      Sense of pride helping to save lives. Good supportive manager Lots of room to grow as the company is expanding. A lot of humour.

      Desventajas

      Growing pains as some systems and processes that worked when the company was smaller haven't been phased out yet. Some teams are understaffed. When the offices were open satellite offices and employees often felt out.
