Ventajas
Before going to Rave Business Systems, I came across many reviews, which were mostly, but the very little ones concerned me. I during my recruitment process, did end up talking to the Recruiter , Senior Management and the CEO himself, and clarified my doubts till the end. Some reviews might throw you, to believe something, as in their experience one did not like an experience or were rejected. But that is not the reason, to disbelieve, a company's values and their working environment. My experience up until now, has been of no regrets and of joy. Wishing to see myself touching heights and receiving more recognition from my work. The benefits , including that they pay for every all discomforts, I was worried about training, were taken away and getting paid while honing my skills, never felt better. This is my experience, up until now.
Desventajas
I have up until now in my journey. Not come across any cons, I wouldn't name something just for the sake of it. But if you want to thrive in the company, you need to be dedicated and you will be recognized for the same.
