Ventajas

- Possibility to grow in the company seems like a reality - allows you to have a voice in the team (might depend on the team, can't talk for others) - Co-workers are amazing people to work with and generally help each other.

Desventajas

- Requirement of 3 days in office is absurd, considering that almost no jobs in this company requires attendance. It could very well be 1 or 2 at most. - we are required to be in the office before 9am and leave after 6pm, which is absurd, since in case we finish our duties earlier, we need to stay in the office looking at walls and wasting time. - I was told that there were going to be team events (entire company) regularly when I first joined, however this is not the case. - Salary could be better for sure, as it's not keeping up with inflation in Portugal

Desventajas

Toxic culture; crazy office rules (e.g. you get punished for arriving 1 min after 9am); organisation is run based on fear and threats instead of great vision, teamwork and collaboration.

Ventajas

- Amazing People department, super understandable and sympathetic, will always help (Madalena, David, Inês); Great office events and food/catering options; - There is recognition from colleagues and superiors, all excluding the CEO/co-owner Jon.

Desventajas

- Unnecessary rules of having to enter the building before 9 and leaving after 6, mandatory. - Huge lay-off of 15 people due to purely financial reasons. People were hired in the last 3 months and fired without notice today, despite not having any reasonable cause or justifiable reasoning. People depended on the job for their livelihoods and everyone is at risk, and at a moments notice you can simply be cherry picked to be fired by the great Jon. - No health insurance or plans to have one within the next 6 months available for employees.
