      1. Great people to work with 2. Team is understanding 3. You get to work in a domain that directly impacts revenue for a lot of it's customers.

      Desventajas

      1. For India team, access to customer is a little bit of a challenge. Given that all our customers are from the US. 2. It's a startup and all startup related challenges but the people here solve everything!

      Very clean facilities with very few bugs/vermin

      Ventajas

      A very positive culture with LOTS of teamwork. Everyone is trying their best to push this product up a steep hill and you are well supported by leadership.

      Desventajas

      The product itself is a definite "nice to have" and the current climate in the tech industry is very strict. "Nice to have" products are very hard to justify and Rattle is consistently figuring this out. The story of Rattle is constantly changing and it doesn't seem leadership can agree on a direction, which is definitely impacting sales performance.
