Ventajas
The hours are completely up to you, and depending on the project you're assigned to, there may be a weekly minimum to meet. Pay was very good for this type of work, and management was very responsive and helpful. They treat you like you're human.
Desventajas
Client guidelines are strict and you're constantly reviewed for quality, which can lead to work restrictions and having hours cut back. Some weeks (especially around holidays) there may not be any work available.
