Ventajas
Raso has helped me pursue my passion for Recruiting, US and international recruiting. The working environment is just Awesome! I found some really great people to work with and where in the world could you find an employer that greets and smiles at you every morning. People are nice and the management are not too strict; just the perfect place to be. I have worked with other outsourcing companies before, but no one ever compare to the homey environment in Raso. The Site Manager treats us like his own family, he really does.
Desventajas
Too trusting of employees. Yes, they do. Raso treats employees with utmost respect and care. That is why I'm wondering why these bashers has the guts to say things as such. Not everything goes to how we want it to be. In every management decisions are made ONLY for the GREATER GOOD. If they let you go, you probably did something wrong, right?
