Ventajas
A trendsetting lifestyle brand that is changing the fashion atmosphere in India. Since it is a new brand, I was exposed other business functions which has aided me in better decision making and understanding which role would suit me the best. A flatter organization with access to upper management to connect with.
Desventajas
The Company can have a better leave policy. Since, it is a growing brand and the need to act on information is essential, the pressure of getting work done during peak season is high, this is also due to lack of clarity on business processes and roles and responsibilities of individuals.
