Ventajas
I’ve had a positive experience working here so far. The company has a remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home, which I really value. The healthcare and PTO benefits are great, and the team is made up of intelligent, hard-working people who are genuinely enjoyable to work with. Leadership is accessible and willing to answer any questions to help with training. In my time so far, I’ve been able to gain exposure to an entirely new side of my position, which has been invaluable for my long-term career growth. There’s a sense of trust and position ownership, which gives employees opportunities to learn and make an impact. The company’s mission, keeping schools and students safe, makes the work feel rewarding.
Desventajas
The culture is high-performing and fast-paced, which can be challenging for some. That said, if you’re motivated, willing to ask a lot of questions, and genuinely want to do your job well, you’ll find plenty of support.
