Stay far far far away! Zero Organisation. Pathetic management. Very Partial. It's a HIRE and FIRE company so please don't join. Domestic recruitment there is worst in this organisation as there are no job portals to work for Indian RPO and then too they expect to complete the targets and if you don't achieve the targets they can anytime kick you out of the company without giving any notice period. Managers in Day Shift are worst. Even HR is not there in the company to manage or help in any worst case scenarios. Culture is worst.
