1. Not a single leader who can go for a public speaking for any event. A few of them can even speak better English than anyone else in this world ( that's what they think) 2. No proper culture.. it's like "Ji Huzur" - whatever the Tokyo team to tell you... Just node ur head, accept the task n come back from meeting 3. Confidentially is a joke here, any information going to your HR Partner just rest assured, your manager n Dept. head got a notification on that 4. Performance does not matter. Are u in a good book with ur Manager/ Dept. Head ? If no, average rating is confirm for you 5. In HR team, people get promotion if they are not even eligible for. But in other Departments, it's like as per HR Policy _ follow all this 6. Interview process also sucks
