Ventajas
Free lunches, decent culture, fun group of people to work with. There is no denying that Ebates is a huge company with a lot of growth opportunities, but with the current senior staff and the Japanese ownership I can't see them keeping this streak up.
Desventajas
You are expendable. If Ebates purchases your company, start looking for a plan B. I watched them lay off 13 people who had worked there for almost 10 years. On the same day they were interviewing temporary staff for the same positions. The new CEO doesn't care about you. He'll try to pretend like he does. He doesn't. Ebates got too big for their own good, and as soon as you stop making sense, they won't try to make you fit. They'll get rid of you and pay someone to do your job for less money.
