Ventajas
- Recent focus on internationalization means that if you're Japanese, you'll be working with people from many different countries. This is a rarity in Japan. It's a great environment. - Smart, interesting co-workers - Friendly atmosphere
Desventajas
- The company's famous English-ization isn't 100%, so you had better have fluent Japanese if you want to be successful. - Shinagawa main office is very hot for some reason, even in winter. 28°C is very unpleasant!
